Two weeks ago I got some last-minute – yet exciting – news: I was invited to fly over to Spain for Madrid Fashion Week! The last time it was an amazing experience, so of course I said yes. I was a bit stressed about my outfits though, because I just used some of my favorites for Amsterdam Fashion Week, what to do?!
Oh how I love my trips to Amsterdam, there are always fun activities to attend! I am thinking about moving there actually, because living in a small town in the south of the Netherlands is far from… exciting. Anyways, let’s get back to my story: this time I went to Amsterdam to visit the Hunkemöller Pressday and see the swimwear collection that Anna Nooshin designed!
It was sooo good to be back in Amsterdam again for fashion week: seeing all the amazing people I usually don’t see because I live far away AND getting lots of new fashion inspiration. What’s not to love? This time the fashion week was shorter than usual, but I still had lots of fun, let’s take a look at my outfits. Shall we?
People always ask me what I do to stay in shape but I never really know what to tell you guys. Besides eating healthy you obviously have to go to the gym every now and then (I am aiming for a minimum of 1-2x per week). I know, I know: it might not be your favorite activity, but having the right workout gear does make you feel more prepared and comfortable. These are my workout essentials:
Last week I saw my chance: it was finally snowing! Me and Taria-ann decided to go on a small adventure and go to a beautiful nature area in the south of the Netherlands. In the middle of nowhere there is this cute small cottage/restaurant called ‘t Hijgend Hert: a perfect spot for a snowy saturday! It didn’t go as smooth as we planned though…
The fashion season is starting again! Last time, I had an amazing week full with fun experiences, and I cannot wait for the upcoming shows. Preparing yourself for a fashion week is absolutely necessary, a thing which I learned from going to fashion weeks for quite some seasons already. I decided to team up with 7 amazing bloggers to write down The Ultimate Prep Guidelines for Fashion Week… Get Ready!
Since I became familiar with the concept of Sunday Brunches I’ve been hooked. I mean. Weekend, food, good vibes. What’s not to love? Even though my (very small) hometown Heerlen doesn’t have brunch parties, me and Alex still went out for a lovely date. Nothing too fancy, but we had a great time! This is what I wore to a casual brunch date:)
Don’t you just love the rush? Packing your bags, getting into the car and just go somewhere random? When Alex visited me during the holidays we wanted to take the most out of our time together (gotta hate long distance relationships), so we took off for 3 days. Off to adventure! P.s. Make sure to read till the end: I saved the best for last <3
